Preaching of our Prophet (pbuh) on the Hill Sabaq 15 Hamare Nabi ﷺ ka Pahaadi ka Wa’az Kuchh din baad Allah ka hukm aaya “Aye paigambar! Tum apne qareebi rishtedaaron ko Allah ke azaab se daraao.” Aap ﷺ ne aisa hi kiya. Makkah ke qareeb ek pahaadi hai us ka naam “Safa” hai. Aap ﷺ us pahaadi par chadhh gaye aur Makkah waalon ko aawaaz di, jab sab log jama ho gaye to Aap ﷺ ne farmaaya: “Main” pahaadi ke oopar hoon tum pahaadi ke neeche, mein idhar bhi dekh raha hoon udhar bhi, (magar tumhaari nazar sirf ek taraf hai) agar main kahoon ke is pahaadi ke peechhe daakuon ki ek fauj hai jo tum par hamla karne waali hai to kya tum yaqeen karoge?”Sab ne ek zabaan ho kar khaha, beshak Aap oopar hain har taraf dekh rahe hain, Aap Saadiq hain, Ameen hain, Aap kabhi jhoot nahin bolte, hum Aap ki baat par zaroor yaqeen kareinge.Phir Aap ﷺ ne farmaaya: “Logo! Yeh to samjhaane ke liyr ek misaal thi. Yaqeeen karo, maut tumhaare sar par khadi hai. Tumhein ek din marna hai, mar kar Allah ke paas jaana hai, apne kiye ka b”dla paana hai, agar tum Imaan la kar nek na ban gaye, to tum par sakht azaab naazil hoga, tum sirf duniya ko dekh raha hoon aur main aakhirat ko bhi dekh raha hoon.” Makkah waalon ne Aap ﷺ ka wa’az suna, kitni sachchi baatein theen, pyaare Rasoon علیہ السلام ne  kitne achchhe dhang se samkhaaya tha, sab Aap ﷺ ko sachcha jaante the magar is sachchi baat par yaqeen na kiya, Aap ﷺ ko bura bhala kehne lage, bura bhala kehne  waalon mein Aap ka chacha Abu Lahab sab se aage aage tha, bola: Kya tum ne hamein isi liyr bulaaya tha? Sawaalaat? 1. Aap ﷺ ne logon ko pahaadi par jama kar ke kya farmaaya? 2. Makkah waalon ne Aap ﷺ ka jawaab sun kar kya kiya? سبق 15 ہمارے نبی ﷺ کی پہاڑی کا آواز چند دنوں کے بعد اللہ کا حکم آیا: یا رسول اللہ! اپنے قریبی رشتہ داروں کو عذاب الٰہی سے ڈراؤ، رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ایسا ہی کیا۔ جب تمام لوگ جمع ہو گئے تو محمد صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: میں پہاڑی کی چوٹی پر ہوں اور تم سب پہاڑی کے نیچے میں پہاڑی کی چوٹی سے ادھر ادھر دیکھ سکتا ہوں۔ لیکن آپ کی نظریں صرف ایک طرف ہیں، کیا آپ میری بات پر یقین کریں گے اگر میں آپ کو بتاؤں کہ اس پہاڑ کے پیچھے ڈاکوؤں کی ایک فوج ہے جو آپ پر حملہ آور ہے، سب نے یک زبان ہو کر کہا، "یقیناً آپ اوپر ہیں۔ آپ ہر جگہ دیکھ سکتے ہیں۔ آپ صادق اور دیانت دار ہیں۔ آپ بھی کبھی جھوٹ نہیں بولتے۔ ہم آپ پر یقین ضرور کریں گے۔" پھر رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے لوگوں کو سمجھایا کہ یہ تو صرف ایک مثال ہے تم کو سمجھانے کے لیے کہ موت تمہارے سر پر ہے۔ تم ایک دن مر جاؤ گے اور اللہ تعالی کی طرف لوٹ کر جاؤ گے تاکہ تم نے یہاں جو کچھ کیا اس کا بدلہ حاصل کر سکیں۔ اگر تم ایمان نہ لاؤ اور پرہیزگار بنو تو تم پر سخت عذاب آئے گا۔ تم صرف دنیا دیکھ رہے ہو لیکن میں آخرت بھی دیکھ رہا ہوں۔ مکہ والوں کے لیے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کا خطبہ سننا کتنا درست تھا رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ان کو حقیقت سمجھنے کے لیے ایک شاندار طریقہ اختیار کیا۔ سب جانتے تھے کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) سچ کہہ رہے ہیں لیکن انہوں نے ان کی باتوں پر یقین نہیں کیا۔ سب نے آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو گالی دینا شروع کر دی۔ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو برا بھلا کہنے والوں میں ابو لہب بھی تھا جو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کا چچا تھا۔ اس نے کہا کیا آپ نے ہمیں اس کے لیے بلایا ہے؟ سوالات: 1. نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے جب لوگوں کو پہاڑی پر جمع کیا تو کیا فرمایا؟ 2. نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کا جواب سن کر اہل مکہ نے کیا کیا؟ Lesson 15 Preaching of our Prophet (pbuh) on the Hill A few days later, Allah's command came: O Messenger of Allah! Warn your close relatives of the punishment of Allah". This is what the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) did.. There is a hill near Makkah called Safa. The Prophet (saw) climbed this hill and called out to the people of Makkah. When all the people are gathered Mohammed-peace be upon him-said : I am at the top of the hill and all of you at the bottom of the hill I can see here and there from the top of the hill but your eyes are on one side only. Would you believe me if I told you that behind this mountain there is an army of bandits attacking you? They all said in unison, "Surely you are upstairs. You can see everywhere. You are “Sadiq” (Honest) and honest deponent (Ameen). You also never lie. We will surely believe you”. Then the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) explained to the people that this was just an example to explain to you believe that death is on your head. You will die one day and return back to Allah Almighty to get rewards for what you have done here. If you do not believe and become righteous, a severe punishment will fall on you. You are only seeing the world but I can see the Hereafter aswell. How true it was for the people of Makkah to hear the sermon of the Prophet (peace be upon him)   Prophet (pbuh) opted a wonderful way to make them understand the truth. Everyone knew that the prophet (saw) is telling the truth, but they did not believe his words. Everyone started cursing the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him). Among those who spoke ill of prophet (pbuh) was Abu Lahab, the uncle of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him). He said, "Have you called us for this?"  Questions: 1. What did the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) say when he gathered the people on the hill? 2. What did the people of Makkah do after hearing the answer of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him)?
